After weathering more than a year of construction, the city’s downtown is beginning to show off its new look.

And it is fabulous!

The third of four blocks of the
Cleveland Street Streetscape project is getting its final polish. Excitement for the changes has been steadily building. When completed, residents of the 3 high-rise condo towers under construction: Station Square, Water’s Edge, and Clearwater Centre will also add fuel the emergence of downtown from its cocoon, and owners be very glad of their investment.

What about the Downtown Marina?

We really must thank all the voters for approving the boat slips referendum and making the project a reality. Project prep-work has started; completion scheduled for 2009.

Adjacent to Coachman Park (home to the famous jazz festivals) and just at the end of Cleveland Street, Clearwater's "Main Street".
